Smelt smør, tilsett smaktilsetning eller mørk rom, bland godt. Kle en springform med bakepapir og klapp "deigen"godt ned i bunnen. Stek i ovnen på 200grader i ca 8-10 min, den skal bare få en fin farge. Kjøl ned, jeg puttet min i fryseren i noen lange minutter til den ble kald. Lag den gjerne en time før så den rekker å kjøles ned.</div>

Kok opp halvparten av vannet som står på gelepakken, jeg tok 4 dl og smeltet gelepuveret. Kjøl ned under omrøring i vaskekummen med kaldt vann.</div>

Mix så alle ostene og cr.fr. i en kjøkkenmaskin med en ballongvisp.</div>

Smak til med sukrin, og hell i den avkjølede geleen, visp underveis. Ikke få panikk, det blir flytende, men det stivner i kjøleskapet etterpå. I med lime saften, smak til... Hell over i formen, og inn i kjøleskapet i noen timer.</div>

Lag kuler og inn i fryseren i noen timer. Smelt sjokolade over vannbad og dypp kulene i sjokolade. Strö på litt farget kokos med en gang, før sjokoladen stivner. </div>

Farget kokos: Ta litt vann, ca en ts/ss og hell i noen dråper gul fargekulør og bland i kokos. De tar fint opp fargen.. Lag dette noen dager i forveien, for de må stå å tørke i noen dager, eller om du tørker de i ovnen. Jeg lagde med gul, rød og grønn farge.. De blir litt søtere å se på da...</div>

Dette ble mitt første eksperiment med tørrgjær /torrjäst, men overraskende godt og mettende. Det er ca 1,5 carb pr skive (jeg fikk 16 skiver, totalt 25 carbs på hele brødet), pga gjæren/jästen inneholder mye carbs.. Men det funker. Godt var det også. Skal prøve med litt smaker neste gang... Jeg kjørte fibrex, kruskakli og sesamfrø i blenderen så det ble til mjöl. Blandet så resten av det tørre sammen. Valnøttene skal være hele, ikke hakkes. Rør det godt rundt og så inn men 1,5 dl vann, kna sammen deigen, ta litt mer vann til det blir en fast klump som henger sammen. Form den til et lite brød og la den stå å heve litt i 30 min. Så inn i ovnen på 175 g i ca 50-70 min. </div>

Hell i former (fyll bare 1/2, skal være plass til sjokoladen over og under) og la det stivne ordentlig i kjøleskapet, helst natten over. Smelt sjokolade i vannbad, ta ut geléen fra formen, hell litt sjokolade i bunn, la det stivne. Legg i geléen igjen og hell resten over, la det stivne i kjøleskapet. Tin kyllingen, eller bruk fersk. Ringle over litt olje og kryddre med alle krydder. Ta så til slutt en ostehøvel og legg en skive smør på hver kyllingbit. Inn i ovnen på 200grader i minst en time, snu de 2 ganger. Og kjør på grill de siste 10 min, så de blir skikkelig crispy!!!</div>
